We Speak Sports
First Team Ventures. founded by Brian Estridge and Mike Parsons, both veterans of the sports industry, features a talented, creative staff focused on fostering relationships and return on investments for their clients. Their passion for sports and events has been their trademark for decades.
Brian brings 30 years of on-air and broadcast management experience in college sports, the last 22 with TCU. Mike has more than 40 years of experience that span athletic administration, marketing and media, including 35 years at West Virginia University.
The sales and marketing team has more than 50 years combined years in radio, sports sales and college/professional sports corporate sponsorship marketing experience.
We have the ability to design and implement strategic plans to drive revenue through sports with a range of multimedia services and creative development
